Il Sesto Gusto: A Sensory Journey Built Around Surprise

Il Sesto Gusto is an experience where every dish is an intuition, a game, a gentle challenge between what you see and what you taste.

Each course invites you to pause—to observe, to guess, to discover unexpected balances of flavour.

At the beginning of the evening at Ristorante La Pòsa, each guest will receive the Portfolio del Gusto: a small booklet with tasting cards to fill in throughout the dinner.

A playful and engaging way to guess the main ingredient and evaluate flavour and surprise. There are no right answers—only personal perception.

The experience is curated by Luca Galli, Antonio Nanocchio—Chef of La Pòsa—and Emanuele Giorgione, one of Italy’s leading voices in wellness cuisine.

Throughout the evening, Luca, Antonio, and Emanuele will interact with guests, sharing stories, insights, and subtle hints—turning each course into a moment of discovery.

Only at dessert will it be revealed whether your five senses have truly understood the thread connecting the entire experience.

Until then, nothing is quite what it seems.
